Purple lady nudibranchs Flabellina funeka range extension.
This nudibranch was previously only known from Cape Point and further east. This sighting extends that range. Andrew Taylor reported seeing many at Vulcan rock. Generally "rounding the Cape" is a sign that the species may occur even further north along the West Coast.

For more details on this nudibranch, see "Nudibranchs of the Cape Peninsula and False Bay", now available from SURG and better Cape Town dive shops.
